Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade by Drew Kestner in Mississauga, Canada.
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately, no. We spend weeks and even months on finding the perfect sound for each model. We believe in affordable and high quality gear for everyone, and because all of our pickups are hand made, time and work involved in custom orders would make all of our products more expensive.
Are your pickups drop-in replacements?
Yes, we use standard sizing so your mods are as easy as possible.
Do I need a professional to install Kestner pickups?
No. As long as you have a soldering iron, you will be able to install them yourself. There are many videos online that can show you exactly how.
Which pots should I use with your pickups?
All of our models are tested with 250k and 500k pots and would be good with either. The standard pairing of single coils with 250k and humbuckers with 500k is recommended but not necessary.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if they are in original condition. Shipping is non-refundable.
What’s your warranty?
We offer a 2 year warranty on all products that covers any manufacturer defect. Must be the original owner.
